Anthony Spinella
• Anthony Spinella is one of the state's leading Commercial Property Directors and has over 17 years experience in property. He has managed commercial, retail and industrial properties of varying size and nature for a variety of private and institutional investors.
  
  Anthony has an in depth knowledge and experience of local market conditions and trends. Some of the clients that Anthony has represented include GE, Primewest Corporate, AMP Capital, FESA Superannuation board, Westpac, Zorzi Group and Colonial.
  
  Anthony has been a Director of Jones Lang LaSalle and NSC Corporate. Whilst managing a portfolio, Anthony was also head of the management department at both Jones Lang LaSalle and NSC Corporate where he oversaw the activities of all team members of the department, and was also responsible for the financial controls of the department.
  
  
  
  
  
  Anthony started CNI Corporate 3 years ago to provide a boutique and industry leading customer focus that was missing in the Perth market. Since inception, CNI Corporate has grown to manage over 30 properties for significant institutional and private investors and include properties in the Perth CBD, West Perth and key commercial markets.
  
  Anthony's qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Degree (Marketing), a Diploma in Business (Real Estate) and he currently holds a Triennial Certificate. Anthony is a member of Property Council of Australia and REIWA and sits on the commercial property management committee of the Property Council of Australia.   David Walser is one of the states leading Commercial & Industrial Leasing Agents & Certified Practising Valuers. He is responsible for overseeing CNI's Leasing Division and is active across both the Northern and Southern Corridor of the Perth commercial/industrial market. • David Couzens is one of the state's leading Facilities Managers with over 20 years experience. He has managed the facilities of many of the buildings located in the Perth metropolitan area of varying sizes. He has a sound background as an "A" Grade Electrical Fitter & Mechanic, with a background in electrical engineering. He has expertise in the function, design and operations of lifts, HVAC systems, security access systems, CCTV, Electrical reticulation and power generation systems.
  
  David also has extensive experience in the formulation of maintenance planning, co-ordination of projects and adherence to statutory reporting requirements. He has extensive experience in the day to day operations of large CBD buildings and has been responsible for properties such as Allendale Square and Alinta Plaza, 225 St George's Tce, 55 St George's Tce, 2 Mill St & 37 St George's Tce.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  David has previously held positions as the Head of Engineering & Operations at Jones Lang Lasalle (WA) as an Associate Director responsible for facilities staff throughout the state & at NSC Corporate as the Senior Facilities Manager.
  
  David holds a Certificate in Electrical Trade Theory, and a Certificate of Applied Electronics, he also retains a current Electrical workers license.
